Learning Administration – Many organizations struggle with the daily responsibility of tracking and maintaining accurate records for employees who have completed internal instructor-led training classes or external events. Ironwood Learning can assist in either providing these services or supporting your organization in maintaining current or existing records so your training transcripts are complete and accurate. All reports are in real time and can be used as a framework for a Learning Dashboard for your organization. Taking over these services allow you to focus on more strategic issues that are key to Learning and Development of your staff that can help drive performance and profitability.
Learning Technology – We provide a Learning Management System (LMS) that is a hosted solution which removes the concern and expense of maintaining a staff for a specific and very sophisticated application. The technology is proven to work under significant loads from any compatible computer anywhere in the world. The LMS can be configured and branded to your organization to allow easy access for your employees or Channel Partners to identify learning to support their career development. The system features that we offer are described in detail under the “Learning” section of this site. Our solution is hosted at EDS and has a reliability factor of 99.999%.
Content and Curriculum Services –We offer several hundred courses that provide Leadership and Management training for your employees. Each course is 100% web-based and tracks registrations and completions. Each course is broken down into lessons and topics that allow your staff to consume content in smaller segments. In addition to these courses we offer both technical and personal computer training online as well. A complete listing of these courses is provided under “Courses”.
Curriculums can be built into Learning Maps to make it easy for staff to find learning that will be appropriate for their career development. This is often developed while reviewing or creating a competency model for your employees that allow senior leadership to measure performance and skill gaps within your organization. Understanding organizational gaps can lead to the creation of a Learning Agenda that can be aligned with the company’s Strategic Plan. This alignment is most important in determining the proper content and curriculum for your staff.
If building new content is needed we offer instructional design expertise and authoring tools to create content that is specific to your organization. We can host content built by you providing it is SCORM or ANCII compliant.

Configuration
This will be completed after a series of meeting are held to obtain all the desired goals, scope of the project, benchmarks and timelines.
Training
Online and instructor-led training and appropriate manuals and help guides will be provided to your system administrators. We will also provide best practices for creating an implementation plan for rolling out an Online University for your organization.
Help Desk
Administrator support is provided during normal working hours and by email at all other times. Our goal is to always answer your questions promptly.
